Microsoft releases Windows 11 preview. It is now available for download.

Microsoft today revealed its first preview build Windows 11.   Windows Insiders now have the opportunity to download Windows 11 Preview (build 22000.51).   You will be able to access the new Start Menu, multitasking capabilities, and an updated Microsoft Store.   Contrary to the Windows 11 leaked preview, the official preview features an updated File Explorer.   It replaces a ribbon with a command line, making it easier to manage files. The majority of the Windows 11 visual improvements that Microsoft announced last Wednesday will be included in this first preview.   This preview includes the new Start menu and its center-centered launcher-like interface. There are also rounded corners throughout OS, as well as enhancements to the notification center and volume-flyouts.   Windows 11 will include a parallax effect for computers equipped with an accelerometer. This preview also includes new themes for Windows 11 along with dark and light modes enhancements, aswell as brand new Widgets.
